Foster care is a way of providing care to children who are in need of help due to different reasons like they orphan, their parents are in some problem and want their child admitted to some foster care center for some time etc. Children who cannot live with their own parents can join these foster care centers until they become to live independently. Foster families open their hearts to all such children and share their family lives with these children. These foster care centers are providing their services all over the world with varying set of formalities to admit a child in that center and adoption of a child by some family etc.

Foster care centers usually provide temporary care to children while their parents are in need of time and help to get their problems resolved or to help children or young people through a difficult period of their lives. Very often children admitted to these foster care centers return to their homes after the problems get resolved and their parents become sure that they can now look after their children properly. If some children stay for lone time in foster care centers then some of these children may be adopted and the rest of children will be brought up as family members in foster care centers and will move on to live independent lives.
